Agents analyze sales, marketing, and operational data in real time. Over 50 diagnostic tools identify wasted ad spend, creative fatigue, CPA spikes, and attribution delays. They build GA4 funnels, calculate customer LTV, and measure total media efficiency (MER) across Meta and Google, including period-over-period comparisons.
Execution & Response
From analysis to action. The Creator generates ready-to-use campaign drafts, while BASEIG can publish Meta campaigns directly via the Meta Marketing API. The orchestration layer performs write actions - such as pausing campaigns, adjusting budgets, or editing ad creatives - only after your confirmation, giving you full control while preserving automation. Marketing plans and tasks connect strategy with execution.
Stability & Scale
Continuous 24/7 monitoring. Data synchronization runs through specialized task queues, daily C-level briefings keep accounts under control, and a multi-user permission system (RBAC across 11 areas) together with an activity feed, brings structure to team workflows. All values are converted into PLN using NBP exchange rates, regardless of the order currency.

Agent roles are configured individually for each project. The model catalog includes GPT, Gemini, and Claude, with fast and high-precision modes selected separately for each agent.
Knowledge & RAG
Milvus serves as the vector database. An automated six-step brand context pipeline, refreshed on a recurring basis, builds and maintains client-specific knowledge. Knowledge base files and the media library are vectorized, while images are automatically captioned by vision models.

MCP - Baseig as a Context Provider

BASEIG supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard for communication between AI models and external tools and data sources. This means BASEIG’s 50+ analytics and marketing tools can be made available to any MCP-compatible client. Authorization is handled via OAuth 2.1 with Dynamic Client Registration and PKCE, making integration virtually configuration-free.
